As we close out 2023 and embrace the holiday season, we want to reflect on the incredible impact we’ve made through our wagon donations. From nonprofits to families in need, WonderFold wagons have become a beacon of hope, mobility, and joy in countless communities.

The Wheelwright Family: Adding Adventure With a Little Help From WonderFold
The Wheelwright family, outdoor enthusiasts at heart, never let challenges get in the way of their adventures with their two children. Their little girl’s diagnosis of spina bifida and their baby boy’s congenital heart defect and Down syndrome mean the family requires extra mobility support.
According to the Wheelwrights, a stroller wagon is something their family “really depends on,” as both children benefit from the mobility assistance it provides. Through our donation, we hope to make their family outings easier, more comfortable, and filled with unforgettable memories.
Jessica White: A Superhero Mom Who's Doing All She Can to Help Her Kids Thrive
At WonderFold, we understand the importance of family time and the obstacles that come with everyday life. We were thrilled to recently donate a wagon to Jessica White, a single mother of three children, all of whom have autism.
Jessica has faced significant hurdles, including near-homelessness, as a single parent, but always puts her children's health needs first. When she was awarded the opportunity to bring her children to Legoland, she was concerned about keeping her two younger children safe during the trip.
With the use of a wagon that she could safely buckle her younger children in, she can now take her family on a trip without worrying about their safety. We are proud to assist families like Jessica's and hope this wagon can help bring many more successful family adventures in the future (as well as helping with everyday trips here and there!).
Jenna and Darcie: Empowering Foster Families With the Gift of Mobility
For foster parents Jenna and Darcie, caring for children with complex medical needs is their life’s mission. Even after their foster daughter was adopted by neighbors, they continued supporting her, her sister, and the foster children currently in their home.
Their upcoming addition—a one-year-old who relies on a ventilator to breathe—adds to the love and care they provide. Jenna and Darcie also care for an almost three-year-old with Down syndrome, creating a dynamic and active household.
WonderFold was honored to donate a stroller wagon to help them manage their family outings. The wagon will give them a reliable, easy-to-push option for safely transporting their children while enjoying new adventures.
John Rodney: A Little Fighter with Many Adventures Ahead
Born prematurely at just 36 weeks and weighing less than five pounds, John Rodney’s journey is one of incredible strength and perseverance. He was diagnosed with a heart problem and Williams syndrome, undergoing two major heart surgeries before his second birthday.
Today, John requires a feeding tube and pulse ox machine and faces ongoing challenges, including scoliosis. His family often travels long distances for medical appointments, making mobility support crucial.
We were happy to donate a WonderFold wagon to make John’s medical visits more comfortable for him, his mother Samantha, and his older sister. We hope this small gesture eases the stress of their weekly trips and adds a little comfort to their routine.

I read the stories of the families when I had nominated myself I asked god if he can bless me with one but if he didn’t that it’s fine I didn’t receive one I was a little sad but it’s ok because I’m happy for the ones that did they needed more then I did reading these stories touched my heart
