Thank you for choosing WonderFold Wagon. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed/shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays. Purchased replacement parts and Parts covered under our warranty are processed/shipped within 2-5 days (if stock is available); otherwise, replacement warranty parts can take up to 6 weeks to fulfill if the part/item is out of stock.

*Orders placed during Special Events such as Launches, Restocks, or Promotions/Sales can take up to 10 business days to be shipped from our warehouse.

We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping over $75 to the entire contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, and APO are responsible for shipping costs. Please note that we ship via carriers FedEx, USPS, or OnTrac. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and that none of our shipping times are guaranteed. We thank you for your patience!

• All shipping charges are non-refundable.
• All shipping time frames, including expedited services, are not guaranteed and will not be reimbursed if delays occur. Currently, FedEx has suspended all guaranteed delivery services except for Overnight Services. Our policy will update if/when FedEx updates their Guarantee for all Express services.
• Orders with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions, we’re unable to ship the following wagons to APO addresses: W6, W4 Elite/Luxe, L2, L4, VW4, M1, and X4.

The following wagons can only be shipped via FedEx at this time to Alaska & Hawaii: W6, W4 Luxe, VW4, and L4.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

WonderFold Wagon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

We work swiftly to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once an order has been submitted, there is no guarantee that the order will be canceled. To submit a cancellation request, please reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at hello@wonderfold.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns Policy

Our Return Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. If you reroute a package back to us, mid shipment you will be subject to the appropriate return label fee.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship Internationally; however, we do have authorized sellers that do!

Lost and Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or misdelivered, we are glad to assist you in initiating a claim with the courier within 60 days of delivery. Thank you for understanding we will not be able to assist if contacted once this timeframe has transpired.

Please note: We, as the shipper, are not responsible for stolen packages once your order has been marked as delivered safely to the shipping address you have provided.
